Phillips 66 operates a nationwide network of pipelines and storage terminals in a responsible manner.

Pipelines ensure domestic energy can safely and reliably be delivered to refineries, manufactures, and ultimately to consumers in various forms. Buried pipelines are the primary, and safest means of moving energy products from their origination point to consumers.

Safety. Honor. Commitment.

Phillips 66 manages 22,000 miles of pipelines of which we operate 13,000 miles. We also operate more than 50 facilities that store crude oil, fuels and other petroleum products. Our natural gas liquids (NGL) segment transports, stores, fractionates, exports and markets NGLs. Safety and environmental protection guide everything we do.

We are accountable for operating with excellence and a strong economic, social and environmental performance. We support the communities where our employees live and work through volunteerism and philanthropy.
